Approval of Resolution for Change Order 1 to Intercounty Engineering, Inc. for the Water and Force Main Subaqueous Crossings Project in the amount not to exceed $47,531.62.

Description of Action

It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached Change Order 1 for $47,531.62 to Intercounty Engineering, Inc., under the terms and conditions and authorize the City Manager to execute same.
